Edward Filipo is a Malawian by nationality from Chewa tribe southern region of Malawi,Mangochi district.He was born in the family of 10 children,5 boys and 5 girls and he is the fourth born in their family.He is called WORSHIPPER EDWARD FILIPO because he likes worshipping God with everything within him.
He started music in 2010 not by group but individual in church ,He didn’t copy or admire his musical career from someone else but came as gift given by Holy spirit.
He learnt his primary school at Chimphamba Primary School and his secondary school at Monkey Community Day Secondary School with his M .S.C.E in 2009.
In 2010 he became new born again where by he stopped chasing ladies and drinking beer etc…but giving himself to God Almighty and by the love of God almighty he started receiving songs in his spirit but still more money was a biggest issue for him to go to Studio until God gave him wisdom to travel to South Africa where he started recording his songs in 2018 at P.K.C Records.This year 2023 he has managed his first album TITLED NDINU MFUMU.
